Foreigners are allowed to purchase certain categories of residential units, shop houses, commercial and office spaces comprising of old buildings and newly launched projects, subject to price exceeding RM150,000.00 per unit. However all acquisition and disposal of properties by foreigners must be approved by the FIC regardless of its' value.
