Thevan Realty was incepted in January, 2002 and is registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents of Malaysia, under the regulations and within the ambit of the Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Act, 1981 and it has become a household name in the real estate business since its establishment.
